San Andreas 2 (2025) picks up a few years after the catastrophic earthquake that devastated California. Dwayne Johnson returns as Ray Gaines, a former rescue pilot, who must once again navigate a series of life-threatening natural disasters, including a massive earthquake along the San Andreas Fault. This time, the destruction extends beyond California, threatening the entire west coast of the United States. Ray teams up with his estranged wife, Emma (Megan Fox), and their daughter, who has become a geologist studying seismic activity, as they race against time to stop a new disaster that could cause widespread devastation.

The teaser hints at intense, high-stakes action sequences as the family struggles to survive against collapsing cities, massive tidal waves, and shifting landscapes. Ray and Emma must confront their personal demons and work together to save the ones they love while facing the terrifying power of nature.
